Mindfulness for Emotional Eating
It's time to move on from Emotional Eating, Comfort Eating and the repeating Diet/Crash cycle. By taking this short course, you CAN change how you think and feel about food and your body, and start 2017 with a truly positive mindset.
Over 4 weeks, this program will guide you through practical exercises and mindfulness strategies which will help you reduce your emotional eating and bingeing, and improve your sleep, your energy levels, and how you look and feel. If you follow the guidance, you WILL Look, Feel and Sleep better by the end of this program, and you'll have a very different understanding of food and nourishment.
Designed and developed by Emma Murphy MIACP, Psychotherapist specialising in Food, Body Image and Disordered Eating, Emma has worked with clients for over 8 years, both individually and in groups, live and online, helping them to overcome Emotional Eating, Over Eating, and Binge Eating.
